Job Description
We are currently recruiting experienced Forklift Counterbalance Drivers to join a busy logistics operation through an agency. This is an ongoing role within a fast-paced warehouse and distribution environment, supporting the movement and storage of goods.
Key responsibilities include:
- Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently
- Loading and unloading delivery vehicles
- Moving pallets and stock throughout the warehouse
- Stacking and storing goods in designated locations
- Assisting with stock control and inventory movements
- Supporting general warehouse duties when required
- Carrying out daily forklift safety checks
- Following all company health & safety procedures and site regulations

Working Hours: Shift availability will depend on site requirements and may include:Early shifts: 06:00 – 14:00Day shifts: 08:00 – 16:00Late shifts: 14:00 – 22:00Night shifts: 22:00 – 06:00 (where available)Flexibility is required as shift patterns may vary depending on operational demand.

Experience & Qualifications
You will need:
- Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence (RTITB, ITSSAR, AITT or equivalent)
- Previous experience operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck in a warehouse or logistics environment
- Strong awareness of health & safety procedures
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
- Good communication skills and attention to detail
- Flexibility to assist with general warehouse duties when required
