Job Description
Salary: GBP14 - GBP15 per hour + Mon-Fri Full Time
The Job People are recruiting a Forklift Counterbalance Driver in Derby, with the opportunity to secure a permanent contract after a qualifying period.
Requirements of anForklift Counterbalance Driver:
- Valid FLT Counterbalance Licence (minimum 1 year experience)
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Own transport required due to site location
Shift & Pay
- Monday to Friday
- Rotating shifts every 2 weeks:AM: 06:00 – 14:18 (£14.00 per hour)
- PM: 15:20 – 23:38 (£15.00 per hour)
- 39-hour paid week
- Temp-to-perm opportunity
Duties of anForklift Counterbalance Driver
- Collect trade waste across site
- Operate FLT and tug trucks
- Load and unload materials
- Support recycling and dismantling activities
- Work outdoors for most of the shift
- Follow all health & safety procedures
