Forklift Driver/Warehouse Operative

Talent Guardian are seeking a motivated and experienced Forklift Driver/Warehouse Operative to join our valued client based in Fleet, Hampshire. This is an immediate start.

Key Responsibilities

Pick, pack, and organise precise customer orders Receive and unload deliveries, checking goods against delivery notes for accuracy Putting stock away using a counterbalance/reach truck Report any defects or quality issues to a supervisor on shift Store products in designated areas to maintain incredibly high organisation and accessibility Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment, following health and safety protocols Qualifications & Skills Required:

A valid or in-house counterbalance or reach truck forklift license Previous experience in a warehouse or assembly environment is essential Highly organised, motivated, reliable and switched on Friendly, outgoing and able to work in a team Ability to work efficiently and accurately with a keen eye for detail Basic understanding of health and safety practices within a warehouse setting Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team Benefits & Additional Information:
