Forklift Driver (Counterbalance) & Pallet Truck Operator
Location: Rugby Area
Pay Rate: £15.83 per hour
Hours: 45 hours per week
Shift Times: 6:00pm - 4:00am
Training: In-house FLT training available

We're recruiting for a Forklift Driver (Counterbalance) & Pallet Truck Operator to join a busy logistics operation in Rugby. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure full-time, ongoing work with excellent rates of pay and training provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate Counterbalance Forklifts and Pallet Trucks safely and efficiently
- Load and unload vehicles
- Move, stack and organise stock within the warehouse Support general warehouse operations as required
- Follow all health and safety procedures
- Complete relevant documentation accurately
What We're Looking For
- Counterbalance FLT licence or willingness to complete in-house training
- Pallet Truck experience (manual or powered)
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience
- Strong attention to detail and safety
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable with excellent timekeeping
