Forklift Driver (Counterbalance) - Immediate Start

Location: Leiston, Suffolk Pay: £14.00 - £15.00 per hour Hours: 40 hours per week Contract: Permanent position following a successful 3-month temporary trial period

We're currently recruiting for a Forklift Driver with a valid Counterbalance licence to join a well-established business in Leiston.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently
• Processing goods inwards and outwards
• Picking and packing parts accurately
• Maintaining stock accuracy and inventory records
• Loading and unloading deliveries
• Transporting materials throughout the warehouse and site
• Collecting parts and materials from local suppliers using company vehicles
• Conducting regular stock checks and supporting stores operations

What We're Looking For:

• Valid Counterbalance Forklift licence
• Full UK driving licence (or provisional licence with the relevant entitlement)
• Previous Milling, warehouse or stores experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Reliable and proactive approach to work
