About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Forklift Driver to work on various construction sites around Southam. This temporary position requires someone who is confident operating a forklift in busy, outdoor construction environments, ensuring materials are moved safely and efficiently to support ongoing projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate forklift trucks to load, unload, and move building materials on construction sites

• Follow all health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment

• Conduct routine checks and basic maintenance on forklift equipment

• Work closely with site managers and other team members to coordinate material deliveries and placement

• Ensure accurate handling and storage of materials to prevent damage

Requirements

• Valid forklift driving license/certification

• Proven experience working as a forklift driver, preferably on construction sites

• Knowledge of construction site safety protocols and regulations

• Ability to work in outdoor and sometimes demanding environments

• Good communication skills and team-oriented attitude

• Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
