Formulation Chemist Personal care / Cosmetic products SE England - Permanent

Our SE based client develop and manufacture a range of cosmetic and personal care products , they are currently recruiting for a Formulation Chemist to work on a variety of formulation projects, leading to product scale-up and manufacture.

This role will involve both hands on laboratory formulation practical work and project management

Additional duties will include :

Managing a variety of formulation projects, delivering against objectives Liaising with key internal and external technical departments including Quality, Manufacturing , NPD, Regulatory Supporting product innovation, generating ideas for novel and future products Understanding current packaging designs , modifying / developing new designs as necessary Supervising / training another member of the technical team Applications are invited from candidates with a BSc / MSc / PhD in Chemistry / Cosmetic Science together with previous suitable skills and experience gained in a similar environment.

This is a permanent role,  offering an attractive salary, depending on skills and experience Hybrid working
