Forward Deployed Engineer – EMEA (Travel 30–50%)

Redpanda Data is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to embed with customers, building agents, integrations, and data pipelines inside the client environment. You will ship production-ready components and ensure they run in the customer's production stack.

You will collaborate directly with customers’ engineering teams, adapt to unfamiliar codebases, and drive the project from design through handoff, with hands-on delivery and documentation from day one.
