Forward-Deployed Infrastructure Engineer

Sierra is seeking a Forward Deployed Infrastructure Engineer to own end-to-end deployments for enterprise customers, shaping how Sierra’s AI platform is deployed and operated across environments. You will craft deployment architectures, manage lifecycles, and automate repeatable operations with engineering and product teams.

You’ll engage with customers' security and DevOps teams, align with Sales and Customer Success, and drive scalable infrastructure strategies in a fast-moving setting.
