Founding AI Deployment Director

PA Consulting is seeking a Consulting Director to lead the Forward Deployed Engineers (FDE) unit, building a scalable AI deployment capability within a global firm. You’ll recruit, design, and govern the operating model, stand up model tooling, and drive client outcomes with domain-adapted language models and DALMs.

You’ll work in a hybrid setup, collaborating with FTSE 100 clients, shaping new service propositions, and guiding teams through rapid growth and complex engagements.
