Founding Customer Success Leader — UK Enterprise AI

Dust is seeking a Founding Customer Success Lead/Manager for the UK market, based in London. You will own the full customer journey for strategic enterprise customers, from executive alignment to adoption, renewal, and expansion.

You will build trusted relationships with C-level and VP-level leaders, shape Dust's CS motion, create playbooks, and coordinate across CS, Deployment, Product, and Sales to drive measurable value and scalable growth.
