Founding Product Engineer | Typescript/Javascript | Up to £120k

Help build the AI that's reinventing how the world's biggest brands understand their customers. Instead of slow, expensive focus groups and weeks of manual analysis, their AI interviewer runs hundreds of real video and voice interviews overnight and turns them into usable insight in hours.

About the company: who will you join?

• YC-backed AI research platform (S24)
• Already in production with global enterprise brands across FMCG, tech and telecoms
• Scaling fast: ~20 → 80+ people this year, on track for 120

About the role: what will you do here?

• Own features end to end, from the customer conversation to shipping in production
• Build the AI product itself: LLM orchestration across providers, prompt engineering, and evaluating model output
• Ship user-facing features in React / TypeScript
• Talk directly to customers (roughly weekly) and turn what you hear into what you build

About you: what experience do you bring?

• You live to build (ex-founders, hackathon regulars, relentless side-project shippers)
• Strong production experience across frontend and backend (6+ years, though exceptional 5-year builders from AI companies are welcome)
• Experience integrating LLMs into real products
• AI-native: you reach for Claude Code and agentic tooling first
• You thrive on autonomy and speed, not hand-holding

Salary package is up to £120k + meaningful equity, London hybrid
