Founding Residential Support Worker, Children’s Services

Agincare Childrens' Services in Wimborne, Dorset, is opening a brand-new children’s home and seeking compassionate Support Workers to join the founding team. You’ll support children with learning disabilities, help with daily routines, and contribute to a safe, nurturing environment where every child can grow.

No prior experience required as full training is provided. You’ll work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and sleep-ins; NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare is welcomed.
