Founding Senior Engineer — End-to-End AI Systems Lead (London)

Dex’s partner company is seeking a Founding Senior Engineer to own the desktop app, backend, and algorithms, working directly with AI researchers in a small, high-calibre team. This is a chance to define your scope and build a complex system from first principles.

You will own end-to-end development, drive architectural decisions, and ship robust features from research to production, in a role that demands hands-on engineering and in-person collaboration at our London site (Elephant and Castle).
