Four-Day Preschool Room Leader — Lead & Inspire

RGS Springfield is seeking an inspiring Room Leader to head our Pre-School room for children aged 3 to 4. Based in a Georgian house, you will lead a dedicated team of practitioners and design stimulating daily learning structures that foster independence and growth.

This is a full-time, permanent role (40 hours per week) over four days, with a salary of £15.54 per hour. Start date is expected in September or October 2026, with early applications encouraged.
