The Fragrance Shop in Lincoln is seeking an experienced Store Manager to own the store’s performance, profitability and customer satisfaction. You will lead a team of consultants and an Assistant Manager, coaching and inspiring them to deliver outstanding service and results.

Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, developing local initiatives, ensuring product knowledge, managing stock and costs, and maintaining compliance with store procedures and health and safety regulations.
