Franchise Growth & Performance Manager (East of England)

Work Wales is seeking a commercially driven Franchise Business Development Manager to support growth and profitability of our client’s franchise network in the East of England. You’ll advise Franchise Business Owners, provide coaching, and use data insight to boost performance and sustainable expansion.

Key duties include analyzing KPIs and P&Ls, developing business plans, and guiding Franchisees through onboarding and launches.
