Freelance & Events Recruitment Specialist

Everyman Driving Experiences is seeking a Freelance & Event Recruitment Specialist to join our Internal Recruitment team at Dunsfold Park. You will focus on sourcing, attracting and retaining a pool of high-quality freelance and temporary staff for live events across our 24 UK venues.

Reporting to the Recruitment Manager, you will own temp recruitment campaigns, manage the full lifecycle, build local talent pools to reduce travel, and track KPIs to ensure a seamless staffing flow for events.
