Freelance Civil Site Manager – Roads & Civils

Caval Limited is seeking a Site Manager (freelance, civil engineering) to oversee civils schemes in Worthing. You will ensure works are delivered on time and to quality standards, coordinating earthworks, roadworks and related activities.

The role requires SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid, and a proven track record as Civil Site Manager on civils and infrastructure projects, including roads/highways. Responsibilities include managing resources, health and safety, and stakeholders.
