O'Neill & Brennan is seeking a Freelance Demolition Site Manager for a live commercial project in South West London. You will oversee demolition, strip-out and temporary works, coordinating multiple subcontractors to meet programme and safety standards.

Start ASAP with an immediate start and potential for ongoing freelance work. You will report to the Contracts Manager and ensure compliance with RAMS and site procedures on site.
