Freelance Facade Manager – Hotel Project Lead

Randstad CPE is seeking a Freelance Facade Manager for a major hotel project in Liverpool. You will drive the external envelope package, manage facade subcontractors, and ensure QA/QC while upholding fire safety standards on a live construction site.

The role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and a track record of delivering high-quality facade solutions on large-scale developments. 12-month contract with a daily rate in the £300–£320 range.
