Payrate: £280 - £300 a day

Duration: 10 weeks

What you\'ll do

As a Freelance Fitout Site Manager: Oversee fitout project on shop fit out. Report directly to the Project Manager. Monitor site progress and ensure compliance with health & safety standards. Coordinate with design teams, consultants, and client representatives. Support commissioning and final handovers.

• Chair and manage daily meetings (Client and internal)
• Record onsite progress and lookaheads
• Report into Senior Management
• Follow H&S guidelines

Required Qualifications/Experience

Experience working on commercial fitout projects. CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid. Minimum of 5 years experience in a Site Managers position. UK driving license and access to own vehicle.
