Freelance Project Manager - 7.5m CAT A Cut & Carve
Location: Oxford Circus, Central London

Salary / Package: Competitive, depending on experience

Project: 7.5m CAT A cut & carve

Duration: ASAP to November 2026, with the possibility of further work afterwards

I'm working with a contractor who needs a heavy-hitting Project Manager to take the lead on a 7.5m CAT A cut and carve project right in the heart of Oxford Circus.

This is not a role for someone who has only delivered standard office fit-out. The cut and carve experience is essential . You'll be taking ownership of a major London project where structural alteration, programme management, coordination and delivery experience really matter.

What you'll be doing:

• Take overall responsibility for the delivery of a 7.5m CAT A cut and carve project
• Own the programme from start through to completion
• Manage subcontractors, consultants and the wider project team
• Drive quality, programme and commercial performance
• Manage client relationships and keep communication tight throughout
• Coordinate the complexities that come with a live cut and carve environment
• Make sure the project is delivered safely, on programme and to the required standard

What we're looking for:

• Proven Project Manager experience on major commercial fit-out projects
• Strong cut and carve experience - essential
• Experience delivering projects around the 5m+ mark
• Strong CAT A experience
• Confident managing clients, subcontractors and project teams
• Able to take ownership and make decisions without being hand-held
• Strong programme and delivery management skills
• Available to start ASAP

The project runs through to November 2026 , with the possibility of further work afterwards for the right person.
