Freelance Residential Site Manager – Short-Term Cover

Randstad CPE is seeking an experienced Residential Site Manager for temporary, short-term cover and freelance contracts across Reading, Newbury and surrounding Berkshire areas. You will manage volume housebuilding sites, keep programmes on track, and maintain high H&S standards.

The ideal candidate will have SMSTS, CSCS Black Card and First Aid, with proven ability to coordinate trades, manage site administration, and ensure compliance with UK building regulations.
