Freelance Senior Site Manager - Lead School Build (Essex)

Fawkes & Reece London is seeking a freelance Senior Site Manager to take ownership of a new build school project in Essex, estimated at around £65m, with a steel frame and brick facade. The assignment runs for about 100 weeks, reporting to the on-site Project Manager.

You will lead daily site operations, drive the programme, coordinate Subcontractors, maintain H&S and quality, and chair progress meetings to keep the team organized.
