The Project

I'm working with a Commercial Fitout contractor looking for a freelance Site Manager to run an 8 week project in Central London

You'll be taking a hands-on role across the full refurbishment of an NHS complex comprising of 10 doctors' rooms.

Ideal Background

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on refurbishment or fit-out projects

• Experience working in healthcare/NHS environments would be advantageous

• Comfortable managing projects around the £300k mark

• Strong understanding of site safety, programme and subcontractor management
