We're Hiring: Freelance Site Manager
Location: Wigan
Sectors: New build/ refurb on hospital
Project Type:
FREELANCE: £260 - £290 per shift
Duration: Cover

Duties of a Freelance Site Manager include but are not limited to

• Run the hospital ward extension project
• Chair and manage daily meetings (Client and internal)
• Report directly to the Project Manager/Contracts Manager
• Manage day to day of the job and sub contractors/labourers
• Ensure project runs smoothly on day to day basis
• Monitor site progress and ensure compliance with health & safety standards
• Record on-site progress and lookaheads

Required Qualifications/Experience as a Freelance Site Manager

• Experience as a Site Manager (hospital experience preferred)
• CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid
• Minimum of 4+ years experience in a Site Managers position
• UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
