French-Speaking Customer Success Manager, SaaS AML

ComplyAdvantage, a London-based provider of AI-powered AML solutions, is seeking a French-speaking Customer Success Manager to nurture a portfolio of customers and drive adoption of our SaaS platform.

You will onboard, train, and support clients, understand their goals, coordinate with product and sales teams, and maximize value while reducing churn. Native or near-native French is essential; a proactive, collaborative attitude is required.
