Friendly Retail Team Member - Flexible Shifts & Training

Co-op is looking for Customer Team Members to join our Colwyn Bay store. You’ll deliver friendly, helpful service on the shop floor and tills, help keep shelves stocked, and support daily operations to create a great shopping experience.

This part-time role offers a permanent contract, 8 hours per week with regular overtime, full paid training, flexible shifts including weekends, and the chance to support your local community through Co-op membership benefits.
