Front line supervisor

My client are a national civil engineering contractor who are currently seeking a Front Line Supervisor to help deliver a Thames Water project, with an immediate start available. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Supervisor with a strong water and civils background to join an established project team.

Front Line Supervisor Responsibilities:

Toolbox talks Supervising site operatives and subcontractors Managing day-to-day site activities Allocating labour, plant and materials Client liaison with Thames Water Health and safety compliance Ensuring works are carried out in line with RAMS Monitoring progress and reporting to the Site Manager Ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to specification Maintaining quality standards and site records Supporting the Site Manager with the day-to-day running of the project

Front Line Supervisor Requirements:

• CSCS

• SSSTS or SMSTS

• Previous experience working on Thames Water or water infrastructure projects

• Strong civil engineering background

• Experience supervising site teams and subcontractors

• Good understanding of RAMS, health and safety and quality requirements

• EUSR cat 1 & 2

• IT literate

• Full UK driving licence
