Front-of-House & Operations Lead (Cultural Venue)

Chelsea Theatre is seeking a Head of Front of House and Operations to lead day-to-day visitor, event and building operations at our London venue. You will manage FOH and technical teams, oversee the event calendar, and ensure high standards for audiences, hirers and staff.

The role covers facilities, maintenance, health & safety, bar operations and collaboration with the cafe, with flexible evenings and weekend duties as required.
