Front of House Concierge

Knights is seeking an Office Host to be the face of the business across our Cardiff office. You will deliver a premium in-office experience for clients and colleagues, greeting guests, managing meeting rooms, and supporting event logistics with discretion and warmth.

The role is ideal for someone who thrives in a busy, physically active front-of-house environment, maintains a polished appearance, and upholds Knights’ standards of service, etiquette and confidentiality throughout the day.
