Front of House Leader: Inspire Teams & Drive Service

Pret A Manger in Bath is hiring a Front of House Leader for full-time 35 hours per week. You’ll lead the shop team, coach and mentor colleagues, and uphold Pret’s standards to keep customers happy. The role is based in Unit S015 Southgate Centre, Bath.

We offer an hourly rate of £15.35 (plus £5 extra per hour for 3–5am shifts), 28 days’ annual leave, pension, life assurance, healthcare cash plan, free food and drink during shifts, and Club Pret discounts.
