Front-of-House Section Lead: Elevate Guest Experience

Umami is seeking a motivated FOH Section Lead to supervise the front-of-house team in a fast-paced dining environment. You will ensure exceptional guest experiences, manage reservations and seating, and work closely with the BOH team to maintain smooth service operations.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent customer service, and the ability to motivate a team while adhering to health, safety and hygiene standards. Flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends is expected.
