Front of House Team Leader – Guest Experience

The Team Lead Receptionist role is based at the reception desks across two buildings on the Estate for St James. You will own the reception area and environment, leading and developing your team to maintain exceptional front-of-house standards.

You will manage rota planning, liaise with facilities, security and cleaners, and drive a best-in-class visitor experience for clients and guests.
