Front-Office Compliance Lead - UK Trading and Market Abuse

OCR Alpha is recruiting an experienced Compliance Officer to take ownership of the UK compliance framework within a high-performing hedge fund. You will advise front-office traders and portfolio managers on market conduct, market abuse and regulatory requirements across equities and trading strategies.

Working closely with senior investment professionals, you’ll lead regulatory reporting, develop policy, and drive change to support growth while maintaining FCA compliance and global consistency.
