Marks and Spencer is seeking a Customer Assistant for our Food section in Crewe. You will be at the frontline, delivering five-star service, answering customer questions and helping drive product sales in a high-demand environment.

You will be digitally confident, using Sparks and in-store devices to assist customers and ensure they get what they need. Flexibility to work across store areas and varying shifts is essential.
