Fulfillment Center Operations Leader

Amazon UK Services Ltd. is seeking an Operations Manager to join a Fulfillment Center and lead a team of Area Managers and 100-300 hourly associates for inbound operations. You will ensure safety, quality and customer experience while driving efficiency on the shift.

The role requires strategic planning, forecasting, mentoring of staff, and the ability to share best practices across shifts to support Amazon’s rapid growth and customer-centric goals.
