About the Role

Our client is looking for dedicated Fulfilment Associates to join their expanding e-commerce warehouse operations in Reading . This role involves the efficient processing of online orders, from picking and packing items to preparing them for dispatch. You will be a crucial part of ensuring customer satisfaction by accurately and quickly fulfilling orders. If you are a proactive individual with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality, this is a fantastic hands-on role in a vital part of the logistics chain.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately pick products from warehouse locations for online orders.
• Carefully pack items to ensure they are protected during transit.
• Prepare orders for shipment, applying labels and necessary documentation.
• Maintain a clean and organised workstation and contribute to overall warehouse tidiness.
• Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed.
• Adhere to all company health and safety policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfilment role is beneficial but not essential.
• Ability to work quickly and accurately, with a focus on detail.
• Good physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods.
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Understanding of basic warehouse safety protocols.
• Willingness to undertake various tasks within the fulfilment process.
