About the Role
Our client is looking for a versatile Full Stack Blockchain Developer to join their innovative team in Glasgow . In this role, you will be responsible for both front-end and back-end development of decentralized applications (dApps), smart contracts, and blockchain integrations. You will work across the entire technology stack, contributing to the design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge blockchain solutions. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain user-facing components for dApps using modern front-end frameworks.
- Design, develop, and deploy smart contracts on blockchain platforms like Ethereum.
- Build and manage back-end services and APIs that interact with blockchain networks.
- Integrate front-end applications with smart contracts and blockchain nodes.
- Implement and maintain blockchain infrastructure, ensuring security and performance.
- Write comprehensive unit and integration tests for both front-end and back-end components.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in full-stack development, with at least 2 years focused on blockchain technologies .
- Proficiency in front-end technologies such as React, Vue, or Angular.
- Experience with smart contract development (Solidity) and blockchain interaction libraries (e.g., Web3.js, Ethers.js).
- Strong understanding of Node.js, Python, or Go for back-end development.
- Familiarity with blockchain concepts, consensus mechanisms, and decentralized architectures.
- Experience with version control systems (Git) and agile development methodologies.
