Full Stack Developer - E-commerce Platform

About the Role

Our client is seeking a talented Full Stack Developer to join their growing IT team in Coventry, West Midlands . You will be instrumental in developing and enhancing their cutting-edge e-commerce platform, contributing to both front-end and back-end development efforts. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive user interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, Angular).
• Build and optimize server-side applications and APIs using languages such as Node.js, Python, or Java.
• Design and manage database schemas and queries for both relational and NoSQL databases.
• Implement and support efficient CI/CD pipelines for streamlined development workflows.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate wireframes and mockups into functional, engaging user experiences.
• Participate in code reviews, contribute to architectural discussions, and mentor junior developers.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with a strong portfolio of web applications.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and at least one modern JS framework.
• Solid experience with back-end development, including API design and database management.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization tools (Docker).
• Understanding of version control systems (Git) and agile development methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills for hybrid team collaboration.
