Full Stack Developer (Remote)

About the Role

Our client is seeking a talented and versatile Full Stack Developer to join their agile engineering team. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere in the UK. You will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining both the frontend and backend components of our client's web applications. This role requires a deep understanding of the entire development lifecycle, from database management to user interface design, working collaboratively within a dynamic remote-first environment. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy full-stack web applications using modern technologies and frameworks.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code for both frontend and backend systems.
• Develop and manage databases, ensuring data integrity and performance.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define features and deliver high-quality software.
• Implement and maintain APIs, ensuring seamless integration between frontend and backend services.
• Conduct code reviews, write unit and integration tests, and ensure code quality and application stability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.
• Proficiency in backend languages (e.g., Python, Node.js, Java, Ruby) and frameworks.
• Strong experience with frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and a modern framework like React, Angular, or Vue).
• Expertise in database design and management (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a remote team setting.
