About the Role
Our client is seeking a talented and versatile Full Stack Developer to join their innovative, remote-first team, supporting their operations based out of Cambridge . This role requires a strong understanding of both front-end and back-end development, enabling you to contribute to all aspects of the software development lifecycle. You will be instrumental in building and maintaining scalable, high-performance web applications that drive our client's success in the Creative & Digital sector. Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust back-end services and APIs using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Build responsive and engaging user interfaces using front-end technologies.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to define project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and security.
- Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code, participating in code reviews.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in back-end languages such as Python, Java, Node.js, or Ruby.
- Strong experience with front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
- Experience with database management systems (e.g., SQL, NoSQL) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Solid understanding of software development principles, version control (Git), and agile methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote team.
