About the Role
Our client is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Full Stack Developer to join their growing technology department in Stoke-on-Trent . This role offers the opportunity to work across the entire web development spectrum, from building intuitive user interfaces to developing powerful server-side applications. You will contribute to the design, development, and deployment of innovative web solutions that meet client needs and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain both front-end and back-end components of web applications.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using modern development languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate with designers and project managers to implement user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces.
- Design and manage database schemas and optimize data retrieval for performance.
- Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing to ensure high-quality software delivery.
- Troubleshoot and resolve bugs and technical issues in a timely manner.
Requirements
- A degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.
- Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular.
- Experience with back-end languages such as Node.js, Python, PHP, or Java, and associated frameworks.
- Knowledge of relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and/or NoSQL databases.
- Good understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies.
