About the Role
Our client is seeking a versatile and talented Full Stack Developer to join their innovative technology team based in Portsmouth . You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining both front-end and back-end components of their web applications. This role requires a strong understanding of the entire development process, from concept to finished product, working collaboratively with designers and other developers to create user-friendly and high-performing applications. Key Responsibilities
- Develop user-facing features using modern front-end technologies (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
- Build and maintain robust server-side logic and APIs using frameworks like Node.js, Django, or Spring Boot.
- Design and manage relational and/or non-relational databases.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code for both front-end and back-end systems.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure seamless integration of visual elements and functionalities.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications to improve performance and user experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.
- Proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and modern JS frameworks.
- Strong experience with back-end languages (e.g., Python, Java, Node.js) and API development.
- Familiarity with database technologies such as SQL and MongoDB.
- Understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development practices.
