Full Stack Developer

About the Role

Our client is looking for a versatile Full Stack Developer to join their established team in Bristol . This role requires a developer who is comfortable working across both frontend and backend technologies to build and maintain dynamic web applications. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver user-centric solutions. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement user-facing features using modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable backend code using languages such as Node.js, Python, or Java.
• Integrate frontend components with backend services and databases.
• Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and security.
• Write and maintain comprehensive unit and integration tests.
• Collaborate with the team to define, design, and ship new features.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and at least one modern frontend framework.
• Strong experience with backend development, including API design and database management (SQL/NoSQL).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment strategies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to development challenges.
