The Opportunity

We are seeking a Full Stack Engineer to join a growing Digital Solutions team. This role focuses on building end-to-end data-intensive applications across front-end, back-end, cloud infrastructure, and analytics platforms. You will collaborate with consultants, AI engineers, analysts, and clients to deliver scalable business solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications
• Build APIs and backend services
• Develop data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes
• Work across AWS and Azure environments
• Build and maintain data warehouses and data lakes
• Support analytics and AI-ready platforms
• Manage deployment pipelines and CI/CD processes
• Troubleshoot and optimize production systems
• Contribute to technical proposals and solution architecture
• Produce technical documentation

Required Skills

• 1–2+ years of Full Stack Engineering experience
• Strong Python and SQL skills
• AWS and/or Azure experience
• Backend development and API design
• Data pipeline and ETL/ELT experience
• Git and CI/CD knowledge
• Strong English communication skills

Preferred Skills

• React and Next.js
• Snowflake or Databricks
• dbt and Power BI
• AI / Machine Learning awareness
• Experience with modern AI data platforms
• Agile delivery experience
• Japanese language skills
