Full‑Time Care at Home Assistant (Female) – Guaranteed 38.5 hours per week (average weekly working hours calculated over 4 week period)

Hourly rate: £14.00-£14.50

Fraser Home Care is expanding, and we’re looking for experienced female carers who are confident, compassionate, and ready to deliver high‑quality care across a variety of runs throughout the Inverness area. If you have solid care at home experience , enjoy working independently, and want the security of a guaranteed hour contract , this role offers stability, purpose, and the chance to make a meaningful difference every day.

Working Pattern

This is a full-time rotational role working between the hours of 8am-10pm Two‑week rotation:

• Week 1: Monday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday
• Week 2: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday

About the Role

This full‑time position involves working across different client runs, providing person‑centred care that supports dignity, independence, and wellbeing. You’ll be a reliable presence for clients and a supportive point of contact for colleagues, helping maintain the high standards Fraser Home Care is known for. You’ll receive full training, ongoing support, and opportunities to grow your skills while delivering exceptional care in the community.

Key Responsibilities

• Delivering high‑quality, person‑centred care across various runs
• Following Fraser Home Care policies, protocols, and best‑practice guidelines
• Providing flexible support during working hours
• Managing day‑to‑day client needs and enquiries
• Supporting colleagues and acting as a positive role model
• Attending induction, in‑house training, and staff meetings
• Working collaboratively with other professionals to ensure clients receive the right support
• Updating care plans and completing quality checks as required

Essential Requirements

• Care at home experience — essential

• SSSC registration required upon successful offer
