Located on the outskirts of East Northamptonshire, Abbott House provides a 40 bed residential care home for the elderly and is situated near the picturesque market town of Oundle.

Job Responsibilities
- As a Support Worker you will be responsible for promoting physical and emotional support to our lovely service users. The will include, but not limited to:
- Providing person-centred care in line with an individual’s care plan
- Offering personal care, which includes assistance with bathing, dressing and hygiene
- Maintaining accurate documentation of care delivered, including fluid/food intake, activities and incidents
- Promoting dignity, choice and inclusion
- Working collaboratively as part of a team and supporting your colleagues in day-to-day duties
- Maintaining a safe, happy, and caring environment
- No experience required - Your values and behaviours matter more than your background.
