Fulltime Care Assistant - Warminster Home Instead

Home Instead is looking for Full-Time caring, compassionate, and reliable individuals to join our growing team of Care Assistants across Warminster and surrounding villages. We are proud to provide outstanding person‑centred care, built around our core values of compassion, dignity, respect, and relationship‑led support, ensuring every client receives care tailored to their individual needs while remaining independent in the comfort of their own home.
Unlike many care providers, we don't believe in rushing care. Our minimum client visit is one hour, with our average visit lasting 80 minutes, giving you the time to build meaningful relationships and provide outstanding person‑centred care.

Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Full UK driving licence (required)
- Own reliable vehicle (required)
- Must be eligible to work in the UK without sponsorship (note: we are unable to offer sponsorship at this time)
- For full‑time positions: previous experience in domiciliary care, home care, or similar care setting is required
- Willingness to travel across Warminster, Trowbridge, surrounding villages
- A caring, compassionate, and reliable nature with a passion for supporting others
